    Came in for photo ID waited ages in line when served I was asked to wait while they dealt with the line.. I waited in line like everybody else yet I was made to wait while everyone else was served..

    Advertising for passport photo, but in reality they don't want to do it, refused to do for my daughter by excusing they have fix camera.

    Worst run company in Australia without a doubt, they send a delivery guy to give me a collect card when we are a business open from 7am to 5pm so clearly made no attempt so i have to waste minimum 30 minutes to pick it up, what is the person who paid for this actually paying for!

    N suggesting to go to another shops which is much more costly.

    Staff members were useless, took 20 minutes to pickup a package because they didn't think it was me who owned it even though I showed them multiple IDs, wasted my time and I was late to work well done
